Bringing Your Family to NZ

Are you already living and working in New Zealand and looking to bring your family over? Start by checking your eligibility to explore the right visa options for your situation. Your partner / spouse and dependent child(ren) may qualify for a visa under the Partnership Category if you're a New Zealand work visa holder, resident or citizen. Additionally, there are options for Parent or Grandparent Visas for New Zealand residents and citizens. Let us help you find the best pathway to reunite with your loved ones!

Are you currently living and working in New Zealand but uncertain about your eligibility for residency, especially with the recent changes in immigration policies? If you already hold a residence visa, you may be wondering if you qualify for permanent residency. Let us help you navigate these complexities and determine your options.

Visitor Visa to NZ

Are you planning to visit family and friends in New Zealand or enjoy a holiday? You may need a General Visitor Visa, and we're here to help you navigate the application process. Presenting the correct bona fide information is crucial, as visitor visas can often be declined for insufficient details. If your Visitor Visa application has been declined, our team is here to submit a stronger application to enhance your chances of success in the future. Please contact us with your request.

Employers Hiring Migrant Work Force

The Employer Accreditation process may seem daunting for newcomers, but at Simply Visa NZ, we’ve successfully guided numerous employers through it, ensuring a straightforward and cost-effective experience. As of 2022, all employers in New Zealand must obtain accreditation from Immigration New Zealand (INZ) before hiring migrant workers.

Types of Accreditation:

  • Standard Accreditation: For employers hiring up to five migrant workers annually.

  • High Volume Accreditation: Required for those hiring six or more migrant workers each year.

  • Triangular/Labour Hire/Franchise Employers: Specific requirements apply.

Employer Job Check: INZ expects local businesses to prioritize training and hiring New Zealanders before considering migrant workers. A job check application demonstrates that no suitable New Zealanders are available for the position. If approved, you can then hire migrants under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) program.
